Tiancheng's pre-terminated low-loss link solution creates a new era of medical informationization! As a key public health professional institution responsible for the health and disease prevention functions of the municipal government, the Shanghai Center for Disease Control and Prevention has multiple functions including disease prevention and control and emergency response, monitoring, testing and evaluation, applied scientific research and guidance, technical management and services, comprehensive prevention and health promotion. This project focuses on the data room cabling project of the new site of the CDC. The new site of the CDC is located in the Hongqiao Business District on Shenhong Road, Minhang District, Shanghai. The construction scale is 117,420 square meters, including 80,000 square meters of above-ground construction area and 37,420 square meters of underground construction area. The 1U wiring density can reach 96 cores, which can significantly save cabinet space and accelerate the deployment process of optical links. The trunk optical cable uses Tiancheng Magic pre-terminated optical cable. The outer sheath of the optical cable is made of low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant material. The flame retardancy meets the Class C bundled flame retardancy requirements of IEC60332-3-24, which effectively guarantees the safety of personnel in the machine room. The MPO connector of the optical cable uses imported low-loss MPO connectors, and its performance indicators are ahead of international and industry standards in all aspects. TC attended the 35th plenary session and working group meeting of ISO IEC JTC1 SC25 On September 27, the 5-day 35th plenary session and working group meeting of ISO IEC JTC1 SC25 was successfully concluded in Yamaging Prefecture, Japan. Mr. Li Jingfeng, Deputy General Manager of TC Smart Systems Group, and Mr. Wu Jun, Technical Director of TC Communication, attended the meeting on behalf of TC, expressing TC's opinions on the international stage and speaking for China!   ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 25 Information Technology Equipment Interconnection Subcommittee was established in 1989. It is mainly engaged in international standardization research in the field of information technology equipment interconnection. The secretariat is located in Germany. It currently has 4 working groups, of which WG 3 is the user-building cabling working group. Since 2017, TC has actively participated in every plenary meeting of ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 25. Apart from the epidemic situation, TC will send technical experts to the venue to promote the development of international standards for integrated cabling together with experts from all over the world.   This meeting conducted in-depth discussions on the opinions put forward by experts from various countries in the IEC 11801 series, IEC 14763 series, IEC 24383, and IEC 29125, and promoted the adoption of relevant opinions in my country. Several suggestions put forward by the last PON were discussed, and the next work plan was clarified. TC attended the first plenary meeting of 2024 of the SC25 Universal Cabling System Working Group of the Information Standards Committee   On March 26, the first plenary meeting of the General Cabling System Working Group (WG2) of the Information Technology Equipment Interconnection Subcommittee of the National Standardization Committee in 2024 was successfully held in Nanjing. TC, as a member of the association and a member of the working group, was also invited to attend the meeting.   This meeting interpreted the overall work of WG2, focusing on the progress of the standards under development, research reports, pre-research standards, and proposed project standards, and made a detailed report on the work plan for 2024.   The meeting introduced in detail the progress of the development of ISO/IEC 14763-3 standard, determined to start the revision of GB/T 34961.3, and discussed and determined the relevant term definitions at the meeting. After the meeting, the participating units will be collected, and the translation work will be divided according to the collection situation.   The background, ideas, and framework of the two research reports "Research on Standardization Requirements of Cabling Systems for Smart Hospitals" and "Research on Standardization Requirements of General Cabling Skills" were interpreted, and the necessity and scope of the project were discussed, and it was agreed to carry out relevant research work.
